 Gender imbalance as a HR issue. DATA SOURCE: ECONOMIC TIMS (JAN 25,2020) Saumya Bhattacharya and Sreeradha Basu,commented on the positional power given to men as compared to women in the companies. Handling strategic parameters to execution, it has been observed, men are given more preference.  According to the data presented by the data source only   2% women are appointed as CEO, At a Global average. Now as the HR parameter this could turn towards ethical side when gender diversity can be balanced with other strategic and tactical aspects.

  NEW MARKETING AREAS FOR PANTANJALI.    Data source : Economic Times, (Jan 25, 2020) Focusing on its marketing strategy the main focus is given on product's  "swadeshi" approach. But with one of it's wrong approach to criticize  the other brands in the advertisements. Which is a bad marketing. Which can be counted in an unethical practice, no doubt swadeshi, opens a wide spread  of Indian ancient  patterns and choices.

Although previously, it faced some financial obstacle but by the end of this fiscal year it will reach to Rs.25,000- crore revenue. As yoga guru Baba Ramdev gave this statement in the conference. The main motive is to overtake the competitors in the next five years companies like HUL, Dabur, Colgate, etc are the major competitors.  Now a question arises, to overcome competition is it not important to follow taxation order? Well, revenue generation is important but its necessary to follow GST criteria's fixed for two years but on the other side Pantanjali to make some variations and find some alternatives in taxation order.
