Handling strategic parameters to execution, it has been observed, men are given more preference. According to the data presented by the data source only 2% women are appointed as CEO, At a Global average. Now as the HR parameter this could turn towards ethical side when gender diversity can be balanced with other strategic and tactical aspects.
