Saumya Bhattacharya and Sreeradha Basu,commented on the positional power given to men as compared to women in the companies. Handling strategic parameters to execution, it has been observed, men are given more preference.  According to the data presented by the data source only  2% women are appointed as CEO, At a Global average. Now as the HR parameter this could turn towards ethical side when gender diversity can be balanced with other strategic and tactical aspects.
